My NutriBullet isn’t working.

Can’t push the cup in far enough so it catches on the tabs and motor. I tried two different blades

Magic Bullet NutriBullet problems

We have this appliance, received as a gift end of last summer. It makes very loud noise while using. Also, even though lid is capped tightly shut, while blending it leaks and causes a terrible mess. We have had NutriBullet for years, but never had these problems. Model NB201, 90 W Understand it was bought in Bed, Bath & Beyond, Queens, NY. Please advise. E-mail: cmfords@***.com

Magic Bullet

The bearings in the blade assembly (or something in there) rusts quickly and eventually leaks everywhere. And the 3 notches in the cup that hold the cup to the blades, BREAK making it nearly useless. What a joke.

Nutribullet

Hi there. I purchased a 600 series nutribullet via Amazon on 4th May 2018. I don't use it daily and when I do it's to make one smoothie. A few days ago while making a smoothie I noticed the liquid bursting from the sides and at the bottom into the base causing one big mess. I'm sure this is not supposed to happen. I was in the states when it got delivered but I'm now residing in south Africa. Please let me know on a way forward..

Consumer Time Bandits!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Homeland Housewares included a warranty card with my purchase of the Magic Bullet Pro . The warranty card has the serial number sticker attached to the warranty card and it matches the one on the bottom of the power base. As suggested on the paper warranty card, I tried to register the product warranty on line, but the serial number on bottom of the unit, as well as the one they provided on the warranty card, was rejected. The register website keeps telling me that I submitted the wrong serial number for that particular model. I have checked and rechecked the number and I entered it correctly. Homeland Housewares has no consumer help telephone number or way to contact them. I'm getting the run-around from the company. Homeland Housewares' website isn't the least bit consumer friendly. To ad insult to injury, they send pop-up ads from other companies in my face while giving me NO HELP AT All! They are shameful time bandits, offering no service to the consumer and I still have no way of registering my warranty. I bought the Magic Bullet Pro at Bed Bath & Beyond. I don't know how to copy my receipt and attach it to this email. Homeland Housewares is a time bandit and I resent the amount of time this has taken, without any resolution! I

Customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
customer service response horrible. Also registration number and serial numbers even when they match are unable to register product online. Even here, need to enter 100 words in order to submit!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of company are you for heaven's sake. This is totally ridiculous!!!! I don't have time to waste like this. How can this company possibly stay in business!!!!!!?????????? Just to get an extra 3 more months of warranty service, no customer should have to go through all this ***. Just how do you stay in business!!!!!!????? This is a really, really terrible job you do as a company that wants people to buy your products. And why in *** do we have to wait so long for a rep to answer the phone or are so many customers disgusted????!!!!!!!!!!!!

Homeland Housewares - Magic Bullet Blender Review from Tulalip, Washington

I was given a Magic Bullet Deluxe 26 piece set as a gift. I used it 3 times and it started smelling like rubber burning then quit working all together. I personally contact Homelands Housewares and spoke to customer service and was told that since I do not have a receipt it would cost me full price for a new one. I again explained that gifts do not come with receipts and he told me I am just bumming then. They state on their website front page that they are there to make 100% of their customers satisfied, yet there is absolutely nothing but complaint after complaint there on their site. I am going to take these guys to the BBB and hopefully help out at least some of the dissatisfied customers (which there are many) I will take it as high as I need to to petition this company for selling faulty products to so many dissatisfied people.

all I wanted was gaskets for the cutters for my Magic Bullet and I only received a run around. No satisfaction whatsoever.

I bought a much cheaper brand and am totally happy with my NEW blender. My Magic Bullet is going to the garbage.

Very poor in customer service ... horrible.

I purchased a magic bullet blender and accessories ... it comes with two different types of blades ... one cross for most recipes and one flat blade for grinding coffee, seeds and such. The blades get dull over time and need replaced but their web site no longer shows the flat blade for ordering purposes .. so, I called the customer service number .. waited over 20 min and finally, the automated phone reply says " thanks for calling, good bye" ... ??? I wrote customer service via the email listed ... 6 days now and no response ... tried calling again and same scenario.

See photos of what happened to tall cup after following instructions given by Magic Bullet.

Original review Jul 18, 2015
I followed instructions to the word on page 70 of the Magic Bullet Recipe book for Pesto. I inserted ingredients as instructed, then screwed on the Cross Blade and Pulsed until it had the consistency of a grainy paste.

The book then said to twist off the Cross Blade, twist on the Shaker/Steamer Top and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Before two minutes were up, the cup had melted and there was olive oil all over the microwave. Since we followed the instructions given by Magic Bullet, I think we deserve some kind of reimbursement.

Also, you should not be instructing consumers to do things which are dangerous. Other than that, we like our Magic Bullet.
